1. INFORMATION FOR USERS
Ecommerce Logistics Solutions LLC (greenhouseseeds.com.br), hereinafter CONTROLLER, is responsible for processing the User personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD), and therefore provides the following information about the processing:
Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations envisaged to carry out the processing are:
- Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, SMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical medium, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting statistical studies.
- Processing orders, requests or any type of request made by the User through any of the available contact forms.
- Sending the website newsletter.
Legal basis for processing: consent of the data subject.
Data retention criteria: data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing and, when no longer necessary for that purpose, will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or total destruction of the data.
Data sharing: data will not be shared with third parties, except under legal obligation.
Rights of the User:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability, deletion, anonymisation, blocking or elimination of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance with the law, and to object to processing.
- Right to request information about the public and private entities with which the CONTROLLER has carried out shared use of data.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (National Data Protection Authority - ANPD, www.gov.br/anpd) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
Any request based on the LGPD will be addressed within the applicable legal timeframe.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unambiguously accept that their data is necessary to address their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes thereto.
The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees Users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties in any case and that, whenever it carries out any type of sharing of personal data, it will previously request the express, informed and unambiguous consent of the Users. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an adequate service to the User. If all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the LGPD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 6 of the LGPD, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and adequately, relevantly and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the LGPD, with the objective of protecting the rights and freedoms of Users, and has communicated adequate information so that they may exercise them.
